Luhur Medika Center (LMC) Primary Clinic is a company engaged in the pharmaceutical and health sector that provides primary specialist medical services. As clinic, LMC needs to provide quality essential services, be easily accessible services at affordable prices. However, several obstacles are experienced by especially regarding Among them consumer complaints length of waiting time, lack serving staff, uninformative customer service. With competent service, service can improved reducing patient time scheduling, so patients do not need crowded room. One way through training.
